Meet The Team

Jon Hollis
Managing Partner

Jon Hollis runs the machine. As Managing Partner he owns the day-to-day operation of a firm whose principals have won at every level of American politics, and he brings two decades across Republican campaigns, high-stakes film and television production, and nonprofit leadership to every race that comes through the door.
Based in Dallas, he is built for the part of the job that decides elections: campaign management, media production, grassroots mobilization, and delivering when the clock is real and the margin is thin.
His political work is where production discipline meets the war room. Hollis has managed campaigns at every level, led ballot initiatives, led candidate recruitment efforts, and has managed Statewide Field Operations, building and running the field programs that identify, persuade, and turn out the vote.
He produces high-impact video and content that moves voters and frames races, and serves as a Committee Chair for the Dallas County Republican Party, recruiting candidates and driving local advocacy. Across nearly a decade in GOP politics he has paired the strategy with the muscle to execute it, and he curates VIP experiences for major conservative events headlined by figures like Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly.
That media instinct was forged over a 15-year Hollywood career as an Assistant Director, Location Manager, Production Manager, and Line Producer for FOX, Warner Bros., Netflix, and ABC. He ran multimillion-dollar budgets on hit shows including 9-1-1, Grace and Frankie, Veronica Mars, Mixed-ish, and American Horror Story, along with national commercial campaigns for Land Rover, Canon, and Hewlett-Packard. Few operatives in Republican politics can build a media operation to that standard, because few have ever run one at that scale.
Before politics and entertainment, Hollis spent years as a Christian missionary across Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, and Germany, building a church, installing clean water systems, serving orphanages, and leading youth outreach. Back home he served as Program Director for CAREFresno through AmeriCorps, launching after-school programs for at-risk youth.

Mark P. Campbell

Mark Campbell has a winning career that spans more than four decades, and he is still in the war room making the calls. He is a Broad Fellow at the USC Dornsife Center for the Political Future, and he served as General Consultant and Campaign Manager for Ed Diehl for Governor and the No Tax Oregon movement, which brought about the most successful citizen-led ballot initiative in history and defeated a $4 billion tax increase.
In 2021 he served as Campaign Manager for the Glenn Youngkin for Governor campaign, a tight race in left-leaning Virginia that drew international attention as a bellwether expected to foreshadow voting patterns in a post-Trump era.
He has also served as National Political Director for Ted Cruz for President, and his client list is extensive, spanning presidential candidates along with hundreds of federal, state, and local candidates and campaigns.
What sets Campbell apart is where he wins. He has carried numerous tough down-ballot races in swing areas even when the top of the GOP ticket got crushed, and he has won races in Democrat strongholds that other Republicans write off, including Jersey City, Philadelphia, and northern Virginia. He has served as a national GOP spokesman and appears often in the media.
On behalf of the International Republican Institute and the Leadership Institute, he has taught hundreds of party leaders in emerging democracies around the world the art and science of connecting with voters.
Campbell received his B.A. with honors from the University of Tennessee (1981), his Master's in Public Administration from SMU (1982), and his Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania (2004).
He served as Director of Small Business for Pennsylvania (1985-86) and as Senior Vice President at Fairleigh Dickinson University (2000-2004), and he served as a Senior Advisor to the International Association of University Presidents (2010-2013).

Bill Collier

William Collier has spent his career combining military intelligence, newspapers, direct marketing, and politics to promote organizations, issues, and candidates, and he has done it since 1992.
Like Dr. Campbell, he is one of the best researchers and analysts in America today.
Collier oversees web design and digital strategy for The Committee to Unleash Prosperity, the free-market organization that includes Dr. Art Laffer, Steven Moore, and Steve Forbes.
Using an intelligence-gathering approach, he has managed teams that conduct research and analysis of online content and activity in support of a multitude of campaigns and organizations.
Across his career he has worked with hundreds of campaigns, organizations, and businesses on digital strategy and web presence management.
His list of achievements runs well past 25 years. He has appeared on national media and organized national Republican campaigns, and he served as Community Governance Adviser for Team Sarah (Palin), the largest conservative activist site of the 2008 election cycle. He was one of the early organizers of the Tea Party.
Collier is a U.S. Navy veteran who worked in intelligence analysis during the latter days of the Cold War, and that discipline still shows up in every file he builds.
